OPM is fully automated case picking in food retailing. The solution is now being implemented in its fifth generation and is in demand worldwide. It is used in the dry, perishable and frozen goods warehouse. The OPM is currently proving its efficiency in more than 90 projects in 13 countries. With OPM, it is possible to pick more than 95% of the product range of a full-range retailer fully automatically and store-friendly in aisle sequence onto pallets or roll containers. The heart of the system is the COM (Case Order Machine) loading device. With a system performance of more than 500 picks per hour, it is possible to pick cases onto load carriers in a product-gentle and store-friendly manner.

Due to the modularity and flexibility of the picking system, economical use is possible in almost all warehouse dimensions without any problems - regardless of whether users pick 15,000 or more than 450,000 cases per day in the distribution center - and regardless of whether the product range consists of 300 SKUs or far more than 10,000 SKUs.
